We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Apprentice Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive Primary School.
As an Apprentice Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced staff to support pupils with a range of learning and communication needs. You'll help create an inclusive, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment where every child can thrive.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
- Promoting independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
- Helping to prepare learning materials and classroom resources
- Supporting pupils with their personal care and social development where required
We're looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about working with children and young people

- A great communicator and team player
- Willing to learn and take on feedback
- Interested in developing skills to support children with high SEN
No prior experience is required - just enthusiasm, commitment, and a genuine interest in education and inclusion. Full training and support will be provided through your apprenticeship programme.
