SCC Toyota Taunton is offering an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career as an Apprentice Aftersales Advisor through the Toyota Apprenticeship Programme. This is a customer-facing role where you'll learn how to support customers through their vehicle service journey, while earning a nationally recognised qualification and gaining real dealership experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming customers and assisting with service, MOT, and repair bookings
- Keeping customers informed about their vehicle’s progress
- Coordinating courtesy car bookings and workshop schedules
- Advising on Toyota service plans, products, and accessories
- Learning to use dealership systems and service processes
- Gaining knowledge across the full Aftersales department
What We’re Looking For:
- A keen interest in the motor trade and delivering great customer service
- Friendly, professional and well-organised approach
- Willingness to learn, adapt and grow with the role
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- GCSEs in English and Maths (preferred, not essential)
