Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and implementation of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children aged 0-5.
- Assist in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that fosters children’s learning and development.
- Work closely with experienced staff to assess children’s progress and identify individual needs.
- Engage with parents and families to support children’s learning at home. - Participate in off-the-job training sessions and complete the necessary coursework to achieve your Level 5 qualification.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education is essential. - A passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
