We are looking for a committed Apprenticeship Skills Coach to join our dynamic team at Logistics UK. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality training within the transport sector, focusing on the Level 2 Transport Coordinator (Level 2 Traffic Operator) apprenticeship programme. To succeed, you will need demonstrable industry experience and competence.

- Build and maintain strong employer relationships to support lasting business partnerships.
- Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions, including content focused on transport legislation.
- Provide supportive 1-to-1 coaching to apprentices, helping them build skills, confidence, and professional behaviours.
- Carry out timely learning reviews and create clear action plans to support progress.
- Mark apprentice work promptly and accurately, ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Offer constructive developmental feedback that encourages improvement and celebrates achievement.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment where apprentices can thrive.
- Deliver commercial courses when required.
- Use your industry expertise to provide rich theoretical and practical knowledge.
- Support apprentices in preparing for their End-Point Assessment.
- Promote inclusion, safeguarding, and well-being across all learning activities.
- Maintain vigilance around safeguarding concerns and respond appropriately following policy.
- Keep up to date with safeguarding and Prevent legislation and requirements.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain accurate CPD records.
- Participate in standardisation sessions and team meetings.
Requirements

A Level 3 (or above) teaching qualification.
- Experience delivering apprenticeships.
- Level 5 Operations Manager qualification or significant relevant industry experience.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to identify training needs and implement effective solutions.
- High levels of literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail.
