Salary: £14,565 per annum for first 12 months rising to National Minimum Wage for Age
Annual Leave: 30 days per annum plus bank holidays
Contractual hours: 37 hours per week
Basis: Full Time, Fixed Term for 21 months

Join Our Team
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our learner destination tracking process. In this role, you’ll be responsible for contacting previous learners to collect accurate and timely information about their next steps—whether that’s employment, further education, or other progression routes. Your work will help us measure the impact of our programs and shape future improvements, making a real difference to learner success. As part of this apprenticeship, you will be working towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification, gaining valuable skills and experience to support your career development.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Learner Engagement & Outcomes Apprentice, you will:
- Proactively contact previous learners via telephone, email, and other approved channels to gather accurate destination outcome data.
- Deliver a professional, courteous, and engaging experience during all interactions to maintain positive relationships.
- Accurately input and update learner responses within the organization’s CRM or designated tracking systems.
- Ensure all data handling complies with GDPR and confidentiality standards.
- Identify and escalate trends, issues, or insights from learner conversations to the Learner Recruitment Manager.
- Assist in compiling summary reports on learner destinations for internal review and compliance purposes.
- Contribute ideas to enhance communication scripts and improve data collection processes.
- Actively participate in team meetings, sharing feedback and suggestions to strengthen learner engagement strategies.

- GCSE C or above in Maths and English (Or equivalent)
- Clear, confident, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with learners and colleagues.
- High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proactive approach to resolving queries and identifying improvements.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responding to changing priorities.
- Collaborative attitude with willingness to support colleagues and contribute to team goals.
