We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate is looking to join the Early years workforce and has a genuine love for working with children. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of children in our nursery setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging educational programmes that cater to the diverse needs of children aged 0-5 years.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and support children's development.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting activities accordingly.
- Manage classroom behaviour positively, promoting respect and cooperation among children.
- Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and enhance the overall quality of care and education provided.
- Drive initiatives that promote early literacy, numeracy, and social skills through play-based learning activities.
Experience
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage with children, parents, and team members.
- A proactive approach to professional development and a willingness to learn new techniques in early years education.
Join us in making a difference in the lives of young learners as an Early Years Educator! At the end of your apprenticeship you will hold a Level 3 certificate in Early Childhood Education.
