About Roofing
As industry leaders, we’re constantly creating and developing roofing technologies to ensure that we offer the best to our customers! These include Single Ply, Liquid Applied Membranes and Reinforced Bituminous Membranes. This means that when you work for us, you have the confidence in the products that you’re promoting and you can offer the most suitable product to a customer.
Our Training Team play a big part in our Roofing offering, providing training on all technologies to contractors, clients and colleagues. We also provide demonstrations on our industry leading products, on site NVQ assessments, product development and much more.
Purpose of the Role
Purpose of the role is to learn how to apply liquid applied and Reinforced Bituminous membranes to flat roofs and support the Training Managers in delivering first class training course to contractors and clients.

You will be supported all the way in gaining your Level 2 Liquid Waterproofing Installer NVQ through joining the LRWA Specialist Applied Skills Programme and your Level 3 Award in Education and Training.

Qualifications
The Skills:
You will learn the skills to your goal of eventually becoming a Training Manager, creating and delivering training courses to others about our products. We’ll teach you how to present to clients both verbally and practically, how to answer any technical questions regarding Liquid Waterproofing and Reinforced Bituminous Membranes and what is considered best practice.
You will need a significant commitment to professional and personal development from day one, including a comprehensive local, product knowledge and leadership development initiatives complimented by a global Sika Business School offering.
