Job description:
ORG Developments Limited is looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic apprentice joiner to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn a skilled trade while working alongside experienced professionals. You will gain hands-on experience whilst working toward your recognised qualification.
The ideal candidate will learn various aspects of joinery and construction. This role requires a meticulous approach to work and adherence to health and safety standards.
The candidate will learn and gain experience in the following areas:
· Fabricate and assemble wooden structures and fixtures according to specifications.
· Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and joinery materials.
· Perform carpentry tasks including the installation of doors, windows, and cabinetry.
· Execute joinery tasks with precision, ensuring all components fit together seamlessly.
· Assist in roofing projects, ensuring structural integrity and weatherproofing.
· Conduct heavy lifting as required during the construction process.
· Engage in construction painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects.
· Plumbing and masonry tasks as needed, contributing to overall project completion.
Job type: Permanent.
