This role will focus on delivering and supporting our Level 3 Team Leader and Level 5 Operations Manager apprenticeship programmes.

- Deliver engaging, high-quality training in Team Leading and Operations Management.
- Coach apprentices one-to-one, supporting their growth and confidence.
- Build lasting relationships with employers to strengthen partnerships.
- Review learner progress, create action plans, and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure apprentices are assessment-ready and equipped for success.
- Share your industry expertise through practical and theoretical learning.
- Promote inclusion, safeguarding, and well-being at every step.
Requirements

A level 3+ teaching qualification (or equivelant).
- Experience in delivering apprenticeships or prior teaching experience.
- Level 5 Operations Manager qualification or significant sector experience.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
- Ability to identify training needs and implement effective solutions.
- Strong attention to detail with high levels of literacy and numeracy.
- Assessor Awards (CAVA, TAQA, A1 equivalent).
- Background in transport.
