Are you an experienced leader with a passion for transforming skills, boosting employer engagement and driving excellence in apprenticeship provision?
As our new Head of Apprenticeships, you will lead the strategic direction, development, and delivery of the College’s apprenticeship offer. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our mission to meet local and national skills needs—working with employers, curriculum teams, and senior leaders to drive innovation, growth, and outstanding learner outcomes.
You will champion excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment; ensure full compliance with DfE and Ofsted expectations; and develop a culture of high performance within our apprenticeship team. You will also shape new programme areas, expand employer partnerships, and maximise opportunities arising from emerging skills priorities across the region.
What We Offer

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
