Job Purpose:
The Outfitting Apprentice will learn general outfitting tasks, including working on sub-assemblies and components, fitting them to the boat, dress beading joints, and bolting parts together.
Objectives:

Ability to learn how to work with aluminium/stainless, specifically to cut, bend or shape

Able to learn how to use basic hand tools and machinery

Able to learn how to read and interpret engineering drawings

Able to learn how to apply sealant beads concisely

Assist in the design of small brackets

To undertake any other projects or tasks that are assigned to you

To learn the importance weight constraints when providing fitting solutionsAny other ad hoc tasks that are required
