Making Possible

Working alongside site electrician, duties include

RCD Testing, PPM’s, AHU servicing,
Installations, motor replacements, electronic door locks, emergency light installs and repairs, BMS monitoring and small installations,
Fire Alarm testing, Annual distribution board checks and testing, Panic Alarms, Affray alarm maintenance and repairs.
Safe isolation, AP duties,
Basic Plumbing, Generator testing & maintenance
UPS monitoring & maintenance.

Your team

Working as part of a FM team based out of Derbyshire Police Headquarters
Hours 8:00am – 17:00pm (1 hour break included)
Team consists of 1 x FM Manager, 1 x Admin, 1x Cleaning Supervisor, 7 x Cleaning Operatives, 1 x electrician, I x handy person and 1 x Fabric Technician
This position requires you to be police vetted prior to start.
