Overview
We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience in the electrical trade. Responsibilities
- Assist qualified electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to support daily tasks.
- Prepare work sites by setting up ladders, scaffolding, and safety barriers as required.
- Learn to interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and specifications.
- Support with testing electrical circuits and troubleshooting issues under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Follow instructions carefully while developing practical skills on-site.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in electrical work.
- Some prior electrical experience or coursework is advantageous but not essential; a strong willingness to learn is required.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work safely both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning new skills.
- Must be aged 18 or over and physically capable of performing manual tasks associated with electrical installation work.
