Salary: Point 6 to Point 8 on the NJC Support Staff Pay Scale (£25,558 to £26,343 per annum FTE) Actual £23,780 to £24,510

What you'll be doing

Helping to organise careers events, employer talks, open days, transition activities and careers fairs.
Supporting the delivery of high-quality Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) and Work Experience provision.
Coordinating work experience, T-Level industry placements and other work-related learning opportunities.
Completing a Level 6 Career Development Professional Apprenticeship.

What We are Looking For

Experience in education, youth work, customer service, or support roles
Understanding of the FE sector
Knowledge of the CEIAG frameworks
Clear and confident communication skills
