Remote Business Development Apprentice
Location: Remote – UK-based applicants only
Job Type: Apprenticeship
Pay: £8 - £10.85 per hour, plus performance-based commission
Hours: 15 hours per week
We are looking for a confident, motivated and professional Business Development Apprentice to join our growing commercial cleaning and facilities management company.
This is a remote position suitable for someone who wants to build a career in sales, business development and account management. Full training will be provided.
The Role
You will be responsible for contacting a targeted list of potential commercial clients, introducing our services, identifying opportunities and arranging appointments or quotations for the management team.
Our target clients include:
- Property management companies
- Estate agents
- Offices
- Medical clinics
- Hotels and restaurants
- Residential developments
- Schools and commercial buildings
Main Responsibilities
- Contacting prospective clients by telephone and email
- Introducing our commercial cleaning and facilities management services
- Identifying decision-makers within targeted companies
- Generating qualified leads and booking appointments
- Following up with prospective clients
- Updating client information and activity within our CRM system
- Supporting email marketing and business development campaigns
- Building professional relationships with potential clients
- Working towards agreed weekly and monthly targets
What We Are Looking For
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong spoken and written English
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Positive, motivated and willing to learn
- Organised and able to work independently
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home-working environment
- Good basic computer skills
- UK-based and eligible to work in the UK
Previous sales experience is helpful but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
