Role Overview: Recruitment Consultant
- Location: Canary Wharf, London (Remote, with hybrid options available)
- Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Duration: 18 months apprenticeship program
- Qualifications Available:
- Business Administration Level 3
- Multi Channel Marketer Level 3 or 4
- Recruitment Consultant Level 3
- Business Management Level 3 or 4
- Project Management Level 3 or 4
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarise yourself with all apprenticeship services we offer.
- Procure new clients through marketing techniques, digital outreach, and direct contact with key businesses and directors to open apprenticeship opportunities.
- Conduct daily business development activities, including engaging with existing clients and cold-calling new employers.
- Negotiate with clients to secure apprenticeship vacancies and staff who require upskilling.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management.
- Provide outstanding pastoral care, advice, and guidance to students/learners during their apprenticeship journey.
- Match successfully screened candidates with suitable apprenticeship vacancies across various sectors.
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close apprenticeship agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and grow business opportunities within your designated territory.
- Stay up-to-date with apprenticeship programmes and funding to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Attend networking events to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of placed apprentices according to client needs and objectives.
Essential Qualities:
- Professional attitude and the competence to work diligently.
- Ability to work under pressure and learn quickly.
- Confident in making cold calls.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good timekeeping and computer proficiency (Word, Excel).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to work within the recruitment sector.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in recruitment, sales, or account management roles.
- People-oriented with strong team collaboration skills.
- Assertive and goal-driven personality.
Essential Qualifications:
- GCSE Maths Grade 4/C or higher.
- GCSE English Grade 4/C or higher.

Pay:
- From £1100.00 per month, with commission pay and performance bonuses.
