An excellent opportunity to start a career, progress and complete an Apprenticeship within an established local business. Big open plan office. At times busy/loud. Friendly team. The apprentice will be initially buddying a manager, on occasions will be within a group and work alone when required.
Future Prospects
- Potential sales role for the right candidate, if a position available.
- Full time position would be 8.30am – 5pm with 30 mins lunch.
- Salary Approx. £25k
- Product Training – would be on-going.

They will learn how to.
- Take advantage of all sales enquires to generate orders.
- Deal with any sales enquires/queries.
- Maintain back-order report daily. Keeping the customer informed of delivery times.
- To provide quotes aiming to be competitive yet with maximum profit in mind. Maintain quotes daily.
- To ensure total Customer Satisfaction is achieved always.

- All training will be offered on the job, but computer literate is a must.
- A good attitude and ability to confidently speak with customers on the phone and via email are also essential.

- Level 3 in Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard

- Understanding the organisation and stakeholders
- Relevant regulations and policies
- Business fundamentals
- Professionalism and performance management
- Functional skills if needed
This Apprenticeship will involve:
- Off the job training
- You will also develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours
- You need to have an employer to support your Apprenticeship and be employed in a relevant job role
- The typical length of this Apprenticeship course is 18 months
- This course has multiple start dates throughout the year
