We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Apprentice to join the HR team at the Guildhall School .

This placement will give you a great start in your HR career. You will gain experience in HR Administration, Data Management, Recruitment and Selection, and Payroll administration.
You will be confident in communicating via email, phone, or video conference call. You will enjoy working with other people, and being part of the team, ensuring that you provide a high-quality customer experience. You will have good IT skills and experience of social media platforms. We are looking for someone who is attentive, motivated and who can take a proactive approach to their learning. We will provide ongoing support and learning opportunities throughout the apprenticeship.
The successful candidate will be expected to complete the agreed 21 months apprenticeship learning programme and take ownership of the learning process with support from the college and the HR department.
This apprenticeship role is based at the Guildhall school of music and drama Silk Street Barbican, London EC2Y 8DT and will last for 21 months (including time to complete your End Point Assessment).

To qualify for this apprenticeship, you will need to be:
- 16 or over by the end of the summer holidays
- Living in England
- Not in full-time education at the time of applying
If you are a non-UK citizen – you need to have permission from the UK government to live in
the UK (not for educational purposes) and have been ordinarily resident in the UK for at least the previous three years before the start of the apprenticeship.
Selected apprenticeships require evidence of English and Maths GCSE Grade C/5 or equivalent.

Prior learning: If you have prior learning e.g., a similar or higher level of qualification like the apprenticeship we will be unable to consider your application as your prior learning will not meet the funding rule criteria.
