Job Description

Responsibilities:
Candidate Management & Recruitment Support
- Make over 60 cold calls per day to new and existing candidates.
- Register candidates, including vetting for compliance.
- Shortlist suitable candidates for job vacancies provided by Recruitment Consultants.
- Support Recruitment Consultants with candidate recruitment and selection.
- Provide interview feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and agency workers.
CRM & ATS System Management
- Utilise CRM systems to create, update, and maintain profiles and documents for new and existing candidates.
- Use ATS to track and add new/existing candidates.
- Record accurate and detailed notes in CRM/ATS systems.
Job Advertising & Customer Service
- Create, post, and monitor job adverts.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Answer telephone queries, resolve enquiries, and provide advice on topics such as agency worker timesheets and job adverts.
- Take accurate messages and pass them on to Recruitment Consultants.
Timesheet & Payroll Processing
- Process agency worker timesheets.
- Record agency worker timesheets on relevant systems.
- Follow up with agency workers where timesheets have not been submitted or approved.
- Ensure timesheets are accurately submitted to clients and approved before relevant deadlines.
Compliance & Reference Checks
- Obtain referee details from candidates, send out reference requests, and follow up on outstanding references.
- Upload candidate compliance documents onto relevant systems and client portals.
- Identify new business opportunities by passing suitable referee details to Recruitment Consultants for Business Development.
Administrative & Communication Tasks
- Send and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Maintain and uphold company standards, branding, and principles.
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in administrative roles with a focus on clerical tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Typing proficiency and data entry experience
Apprenticeship Details
Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience. Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 qualification.
This apprenticeship is delivered through work based learning, this means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will be allocated a tutor who will visit on site every 4-6 weeks and deliver all of the training to gain the qualification and provide the resources to complete work between visits.
