Job Description
Our client is looking for Business Administration Apprentice to add to their team.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers across all sales platforms
- Managing multiple suppliers, and large trade customers.
- Dealing with order requests, discrepancies, and any re-ordering of items as well as ensuring all orders received are correct
- Management of emails through applications such as Reply Manager
- Customer Service duties
- Assisting with office’s responsibilities including admin. This will include filing and cloud based document management
- Responding to customer emails within a 24 hour service level agreement (SLA)
- Managing returns process which will include troubleshooting issues with products as well as processing refunds directly on eBay and Amazon platforms
- Advising dispatch team of orders with amendments as well as resolving any delivery issues with dispatch team/the courier/the customer
- Working with Amazon customers to remedy any issues which have resulted in a negative feedback.
- Managing customers who visit our offices to purchase items and processing payments
- Answering phone calls from potential suppliers/customers who may have pre-purchase questions or wish to make a payment
- The candidate will also be asked to list products on eBay and Amazon using linnworks as part of their role as back up for the listing team
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in administrative roles with a focus on clerical tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Typing proficiency and data entry experience
Apprenticeship Details
Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience. Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
This apprenticeship is delivered through work based learning, this means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will be allocated a tutor who will visit on site every 4-6 weeks and deliver all of the training to gain the qualification and provide the resources to complete work between visits.
