Job Overview:
The Sales Apprentice will assist the sales team in achieving revenue goals while learning the core skills and techniques required to excel in the sales industry. This hands-on role will offer you valuable experience in lead generation, customer interaction, and sales strategy. You will be paired with experienced mentors who will guide you as you grow professionally within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in lead generation and prospecting for new customers.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Support the sales team in maintaining customer relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Help prepare sales presentations and proposals for potential clients.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Update and maintain CRM software with client information and sales activity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Provide administrative support as needed, such as scheduling meetings and preparing sales reports.
Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic and motivated to start a career in sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges.
- Basic understanding of MS Office Suite or similar software tools.
Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
