Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns
- Create and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Respond to customer interactions and engage with followers
- Stay up to date with social media trends to bring fresh content ideas
- Support with creating digital content, including graphics, stories, and reels
- Use design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite to create visual assets
- Assist with photography and video for social and web
- Help draft, design, and send email marketing campaigns
- Monitor open rates and engagement to refine content
- Assist with updating and maintaining our website via Shopify
- Support search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies and monitor performance
- Contribute to blog content to boost online visibility and organic search
- Track engagement metrics and performance of social and email campaigns
- Provide weekly reports on digital activity and suggest improvements
- Explore emerging digital platforms and tools that could benefit the brand
- Help manage our CRM and support lead generation for wholesale or online channels
