We are working with a fast growing company who are looking for a talent to support their growth. Even better, you do not need experience as you will be trained and complete an accredited apprenticeship qualification but you need the character and need to have bags of confidence.
The world of marketing is huge, roles lead onto careers within digital marketing, social media management, so go on to be full time content producers, freelancer and business owners. We are on the look out for candidates with the right character and personality traits. This is most important in this line of work.
It is not essential but a self starter with a passion for social media marketing and some work (professional or personal projects) behind you already will go a long way in helping you hit the ground running.
As a recruitment and training organisation we understand that it is hard to get a foot into the industry so we have ring fenced support and opportunities specifically for candidates not in employment or education.
Requirements
- Proficient in Premier Pro, Canva, CapCut
- Confident communicator - written and verbal
- Quick on your feet and adaptable
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- A lot of personality !
- GCSE Grade A-C in Maths and English is essential.
- Must be able to operate at a GCSE level in Maths and English
