Job description:
The ideal candidate will be used to working in a fast-paced environment where they will be working on several projects, developing high-quality and engaging material for social media platforms in addition to keeping up to date with the latest social media trends and identifying opportunities for continued improvement.
Day-to-day duties may involve:
- Develop and execute captivating social campaigns that align with client's brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Create and Curate compelling content, including eye-catching visuals and engaging videos in line with the clients profile with an aim to captivate our audience.
- Schedule and publish content across multiple social media channels, optimizing the posting times for maximum reach and engagement.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and messages and cultivate an engaged audience that reflects our client's values and personality.
- Analyse social media performance metrics with an eye to increasing brand awareness for the company. Identify trends, insights and opportunities for continued improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform/algorithm updates and industry best practices to stay ahead of the game.
Administration duties, including: data inputting, emails, paperwork and filing to support with the general running of the office.
Preferred Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Have a deep understanding of various social media platforms, their unique features and best practices for audience engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- You have strong creative skills and an ability to think outside the box that’ll enable you to create unique and engaging content.
- Proficient in social media scheduling and analytics tools to measure and track performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in creating engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok & Facebook
- An enthusiastic team player with a resilient, and problem-solving attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: £6.40 per hour
