The Apprenticeship
The Belfast Marketing department is one of the largest marketing teams in Northern Ireland, with over 100 employees. Our four core teams are Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Pitch Support and Digital Marketing Technology – supporting various offices worldwide.
As an Apprentice you will have the opportunity to work across these teams in a variety of tasks including but not limited to email marketing, data entry, client reporting, and working across our digital platforms e.g. the internal Intranet and external website.
This is an exciting opportunity with the chance to build relationships and gain first-hand experience of what marketing is like in a law firm setting. The firm in partnership with University of Ulster will be committed to investing in training to enable you to gain a BSc (Hons) Business Management degree. The apprenticeship is offered as a 3.5 year fixed term contract.
Who we are looking for
We are keen to speak to candidates with an interest in working in professional services and meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience is not required but applicants should be team players with good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Applicants must possess a minimum of five GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Mathematics and two A levels (or equivalent qualification) in any subject at grade C or above.

The start date for the apprenticeship will be September 2025.
