An exciting opportunity has arisen at AD construction for an Apprentice Office Administrator to work on our Reception. The main purpose of this role is ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the office, providing support to the entire business, to be the first port of call for incoming calls and visitors.
Main Duties:
- Answering incoming calls, screening and redirecting as appropriate, taking and forwarding messages
- Manage the processing of incoming and outgoing post
- Manage the process of issuing of ID badges and maintain accurate ID badge database
- Preparation of training materials for internal training
- Ensuring that administrative systems and procedures are being adhered to
- Managing and coordinating the booking of meeting rooms
Personal skills/Entry Requirements:
- Level 4/C in Maths and English GCSE
- Organisational and planning skills
- Basic IT knowledge
- Good time keeping
- Good, clear communication skills
Package:
- Salary - £13,312
- Hours - Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1hr for lunch)
- 21 days of holiday + bank holidays and Christmas closure
- Birthday day off
- Enrolment onto an Online Business Administration course
Additional Information:
- As part of the interview process you will be required to complete an aptitude test
- Nine-month probationary period
- Eligible to work in the UK
