Are you looking for an apprenticeship and have a keen interest in Plumbing and working with your hands?
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice Plumber to join us to provide plumbing support to our customers.
You will join our Metering Operations Teams, working on the installation and exchange of water meters both in domestic and commercial properties.
You will also play a role in educating our customers on water usage, whilst carrying out Leaky Loo and Water Efficiency visits.
You will also be dealing with any Customer queries that arise on your visits, ensuring all advice provided to customers is in line with Company’s current policies and procedures, with our ‘Customer Focused’ and ‘One Team’ in mind.
In addition to your work experience, you'll complete a level 3 apprenticeship in Plumbing and Heating where you'll gain academic knowledge to complement your practical work.
About you
We are looking for someone who loves being ‘hands-on’ and is looking to learn valuable practical skills.
You will be a natural people person, comfortable dealing with face-to-face customers on a daily basis and able to demonstrate a friendly and professional tone.
We are looking for you to have a grade 4 or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
If you have prior technical knowledge of plumbing or any prior experience then great but as long as you have a strong willingness to learn and an excellent attitude to work, we would love to hear from you!
We will require you to have a full and valid Manual Driving licence in time for you starting in September 2025.
Please note you will be employed by our Training provider ATA.
