Job Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates by providing regular updates and support, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Foster positive connections with existing employees to promote a supportive work environment.
- Build and manage a talent pipeline by staying in touch with past and potential candidates.
- Collect, verify, and securely maintain all candidate documentation in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Conduct comprehensive background checks, including references, employment verification, and criminal record checks, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
- Validate candidate credentials such as education, certifications, and licenses to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Stay informed on compliance regulations, including GDPR and employment laws, to ensure company practices remain up to date.
- Develop, update, and effectively communicate compliance policies and procedures to the team.
Apprenticeship Details
Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience. Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Business Administration qualification.

As a Business Admin Apprentice, you will support daily administrative operations and contribute to the efficiency of our organization. Your premium experience in an office setting, combined with relevant skills in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Google Suite, will enable you to assist with various projects and enhance team productivity. Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Previous administrative or office experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and clerical tasks
