About The Role
As a Marketing Apprentice, you’ll play a key role in supporting the marketing department with various tasks related to digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and more. You’ll gain valuable experience while learning from a skilled team of professionals. This 2-year apprenticeship includes attending college once a week to study marketing and business, ensuring that you develop the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with creating and scheduling content for social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with the company’s branding and marketing strategies.
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing and online promotions.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, making recommendations for improvements.
- Help with market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and digital ads.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals.
- Contribute to maintaining and updating the company’s website and online content.
What We Are Looking For
- A passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
- A creative and proactive attitude with the ability to contribute new ideas.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- No prior marketing experience required, just a strong interest in pursuing a marketing career.

Pay: Up to £17,000.00 per year (DOE)
