Apprentice Administrator (Commercial Partnerships)
Location: Boston College, Skirbeck Road, Boston, PE21 6JFContract Type: Full-time | Suitable for Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
Salary: Actual salary will be paid in accordance with national minimum wage rates for Apprenticeships: this ranges from £12,314 – £22,018 per annum, dependent on age and if previously completed an Apprenticeship.

Boston College is seeking a Commercial Partnerships Administrator to support our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business administration, with the option to pursue a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship and gain a valuable qualification.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage administrative activities, including diary management, scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, and organising travel arrangements for team members.
- Support the Director of Commercial Partnerships with preparation for meetings, documentation, and other administrative tasks.
- Prepare agendas for team meetings and 1:1s, take detailed notes, and distribute them promptly to attendees.
- Support the promotion of the Commercial Partnerships team's activities by creating and scheduling regular updates on social media platforms.
- Provide administrative support to Projects Officer to maintain compliance with internal and external standards, ensuring audit-ready documentation.
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices to support timely and accurate financial administration.
- Maintain accurate employer and stakeholder records on the College's CRM system.
- Generate and run reports to support engagement activities and track progress.
- Send joining instructions, confirmations, and follow-up communications to external clients to ensure a professional and seamless client experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Qualifications:
- Level 2 Business Qualification (or equivalent)
- Level 2 Maths & English (or equivalent)
Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using telephone & Microsoft Teams to liaise with employers and handle enquiries
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
