Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Apprentice Piercer to join our dynamic team. As an Apprentice Piercer, you will be responsible for cleanliness and hygeine, serving customers and assisting the Piercers whilst training on piercing practices and theory.
Duties
- Shadow and learn various types of body piercings with precision and care, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and sterile environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitised.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide advice on aftercare, and address any concerns.
- Upsell additional services or products related to piercings, enhancing the overall client experience.
- Manage appointments and maintain accurate records of services provided.
- Provide excellent guest services, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations at the front desk and throughout the studio.
Requirements
- Experience in a tattoo or piercing shop is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Experience in hospitality or guest services is advantageous, enhancing your ability to create a positive client experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism within the studio environment.
- Ability to work weekends
