Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented and passionate candidate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a flair for creativity and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, and styling, while also engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Your ability to upsell products and services will contribute to the overall success of our salon.
Duties
- Perform haircuts, colour treatments, and styling services tailored to individual client needs. We will train you!
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired outcomes and provide professional recommendations.
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Support store management in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring the salon runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate should be studying NVQ2 hairdressing, or want to do this aftering gaining some work experience with us.
