Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Apprentice/ labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of manual tasks that support our operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. As a Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Duties
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Support skilled tradespeople in various tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Experience
- Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual tasks.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the workplace is preferred.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
