Apprenticeship Programme; During this programme, we'll help you develop your practical and behavioural skills and support you in gaining the technical and professional knowledge required for you to succeed in your career. As well as this, you'll also gain a Level 3 Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician Certificate, NVQ Competency Certificate & IOSH Working Safely.With many of our colleagues starting as apprentices, you'll receive full support and guidance from everyone throughout. By the end of your apprenticeship, you'll have received industry-standard training and attained qualifications that will enable you to progress and reach your full potential. What you'll be doing;

Assist with all maintenance activities and tasks
Responsible for regular compliance-driven checks
Carry out safety checks, including emergency lighting checks
Carry out stock duties, including regular inventory and maintain the workshop stays clean at all times
Administration tasks related to the role, including defect reporting, raising orders, printing monthly reports
General maintenance of buildings, including changing light bulbs and fluorescent tubes and to repair door handles
Assist engineers in carrying out their duties, including skirting and roller replacement

What we're looking for;

A minimum of 4 GCSEs Grade 4/C (or equivalent) achieved or predicted, including Maths, English & preferably Science
Ability to follow health and safety policies and procedures and willing to challenge unsafe behaviour
Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new skills
Good Interpersonal Skills
Ability to work with others
