Infinity CNC is a precision engineering company based on the outskirts of Norwich. We are a young company with big goals and a talented, driven workforce that will enable us to achieve them. We work within a huge range of industries such as Formula 1 and Motorsport, Aviation, Defence, Sub-Sea, Oil & Gas, Marine, Theater & Set Design etc.
Duties:
- Operate CNC machine to produce precision parts according to specifications
- Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality control standards are met
- Perform basic calculations to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished parts
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy
- Hand fitting and assembly work at times.
- Handle materials and maintain inventory in the warehouse
Experience:
- No Experience Required
- Previous work experience in any industry would be preferred.
- Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations
About the Role
The candidate will attend one day a week at college if they are an apprentice with the remaining days spent in the workshop, our competent staff will give you all the training you need in house.
This position requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be reliable, and have a passion for producing high-quality products.
The hourly pay rate is dependent on the successful candidate's experience. Overtime is payed at time + 1/2.
