Responsibilities

- Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure that all documentation is completed in accordance with practice protocols.
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction and continuity of care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Utilise IT systems for record keeping, appointment management, and inventory control.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in dental nursing.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Dental Nurse is preferred but not essential; newly qualified nurses are encouraged to apply.
- Strong English language skills for effective communication with patients and colleagues.
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A genuine passion for patient care and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Familiarity with IT systems relevant to dental practice operations is advantageous.
