Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Play Leader Apprentice to help daily running of the nursery and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for children. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for early childhood education. This role involves working along side the play leaders whilst studying a level 3 chidcare qualification.
Duties
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Develop and implement engaging educational activities that promote early childhood development.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery environment.
- Maintain accurate records of children's activities, attendance, and developmental milestones.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care provided in the nursery.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for children, parents, and staff alike.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly in English.
- Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
- A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development.
