The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Butchery Apprentice to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a career in butchery, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to the production of high-quality meat products. As part of the apprenticeship, we will provide both the formal training and on-the-job experience necessary to help you grow into a skilled butcher. The successful candidates will work alongside skilled butchers, gaining hands-on experience in the various tasks involved in the daily operation of a butchery.
This role is ideal for school or college leavers as well as anyone wanting to learn a trade. No prior experience of butchery is needed as we are able to train an apprentice on the job.
Working Hours:
- Standard hours: 06:00 to 14:30
- Flexibility for overtime over the Christmas period is essential.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Own transport is essential due to our rural location.
