Role Overview:
We are looking for an apprentice Digital Marketer to join our Marketing Team to support various marketing initiatives, primarily focused on digital content and email campaigns.

Salary: £14,000.00
Main Responsibilities:
· Email Marketing Campaigns: You will assist in crafting and executing email marketing campaigns. This will involve ensuring data accuracy, designing emails, segmenting audiences, and analysing the performance of each campaign to understand customer engagement and conversion rates, providing insights for future marketing strategies.
· Market Research and Social Media: You will engage in market research to identify industry trends and competitor strategies. Additionally, assisting in the management of our social media profiles will be a key part of your role, involving interacting with our audience and keeping our social media presence active and engaging.
· Data Analysis and Creative Collaboration: Analysing marketing data to inform our strategies will be a crucial part of your role. You'll also collaborate with our marketing team to develop visuals and layouts for our digital content, ensuring our marketing materials are both visually appealing and effective in communicating our brand message.
Requirements:
· A-B (or equivalent) in GCSE Maths & English.
· Strong English and Writing Ability: Excellent command of the English language is required, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and grammatically correct written content.
· Strong Verbal Communication Skills: Effective oral communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and communicating ideas clearly.
· Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: You should have a strong ability to analyse data, interpret results, and solve problems creatively and efficiently.
· Teamwork and Deadline Management: The role requires working collaboratively in a team environment and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
