Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised character to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. This role is an apprenticeship funded by our organisation.

Duties

Process payroll for employees of clients accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain employee records within the system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Answer telephone and email enquires from clients
Perform data entry tasks related to payroll adjustments, new hires, and terminations.
Analyse payroll data to identify discrepancies or trends, providing insights for management.
Communicate with HMRC.
Processing of auto enrolment pension scheme and pensions.
Other admin duties as required.

Experience

Strong analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are crucial for maintaining accurate records.
Proficiency in data entry and managing confidential information is necessary.
