Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised character to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. This role is an apprenticeship funded by our organisation.
Duties
- Process payroll for employees of clients accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain employee records within the system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Answer telephone and email enquires from clients
- Perform data entry tasks related to payroll adjustments, new hires, and terminations.
- Analyse payroll data to identify discrepancies or trends, providing insights for management.
- Communicate with HMRC.
- Processing of auto enrolment pension scheme and pensions.
- Other admin duties as required.
Experience
- Dedicated to own personal development.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are crucial for maintaining accurate records.
- Proficiency in data entry and managing confidential information is necessary.
