About our nurseryThe Rocking Horse Nursey is a small homely nursery. We strive to provide a home away from home for our children and parents. We are based on Norwood Avenue in Southport and have excellent public transport links with Meols Cop train station only a 6-minute walk and bus stop’s only a 5-minute walk away. We are open 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday and are closed during the Christmas period.What we are looking forWe are looking for an Apprentice working towards their Level 2 or Level 3 qualification to join our small friendly team. The ideal person will be caring and compassion with a love of supporting children to achieve their next steps. We are looking for someone who is proactive and happy to get stuck into whatever activities we are doing with the children and cares about getting to know each child and what their likes and interests are.
- We will be offering a minimum of £7.75 from April depending on the candidates age and experience.
- We are looking for someone to work 3 or 4 days a week and can be flexible on the days.
- Your working hours would be 9 am until 5pm with a 30 minute break.
