Apprentice/Trainee Carpet and Flooring Fitter

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, and enthusiastic Trainee Carpet & Flooring fitter to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience. Driving licence not necessary. The successful candidate will assist in sub-floor preparation along with laying various flooring such as carpets, vinyl and luxury vinyl tiles. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for growth within the company.

Role Requirements

To work with one of our head fitters installing carpets, vinyl and LVT
Some heavy lifting and moving of furniture required.
Preparing sub-floors using plywood and latex screed smoothing compounds.
To be polite and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
To assist in the main warehouse when required with stock rolls and cuts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £20,000.00-£25,500.00 per year
