Stannah is looking to recruit ambitious Apprentice Lift Engineers to join our Maintenance and Repair division. You will cover a route across Reading and Oxford.

This a great opportunity to earn, whilst you learn and continue your education. You will receive a starting salary of £17,164 which will be reviewed regularly based on performance. The Role:

Shadow qualified Engineers assisting with the servicing and repair of lifts.
Attend distance learning courses and complete coursework on time and to a high standard.
Attend training and mentoring sessions, both in person and online.
Participate in at least 20% off-the-job training.
Demonstrate the aptitude and behaviours of a future Stannah Lift Engineer.

Training and Development:

Duration of 40 months
A mix of practical, mentoring and structured learning at our training centre.
You will achieve a qualification in Lift Engineering

Requirements:

Achieved a minimum of GCSE Grade 4 - 9 (A-C) passes in Maths, English
Have a keen interest in engineering or practical experience working in a related role.
A valid driving licence or working towards
