Overview
We are seeking a two trainee nurses to join our team, this is a great opportunity for school leavers or someone wanting to change their career. We are looking for kind, dedicated and compassionate candidates that will enjoy the growing with our practices.
Responsibilities
- Attend college once a week (provided and paid for by us)
- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Support our dental nurses sterilise dental instruments and equipment prior to procedures, when confident and able.
- Support our practitioners with accurate patient records and manage appointment schedules.
- Communicate effectively with patients, providing information supported by the practitioners regarding treatments and aftercare.
- Support patients with their queries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the practice.
- Perform administrative tasks as required, including managing inventory of dental supplies.
Requirements
- GCSEs
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach to treatment.
- Proficient IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a dental practice not essential as full training will be provided.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
- Driving or own transportation a must
