What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting with compliance checks and maintaining accurate records
- Answering queries from clients, consultants, and candidates
- Identifying and escalating compliance issues when necessary
- Supporting audits and compliance procedures
- Learning to implement key compliance policies and processes
- Communicating via phone and email with internal and external stakeholders
- Gaining practical experience while studying for a Level 3 HR CIPD qualification
What We're Looking For:
- No prior experience needed - just a willingness to learn!
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Basic IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
