Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience while developing their skills in a supportive environment. The Apprentice will assist in various tasks and projects, learning from experienced professionals and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

Duties

Assist with daily operations and tasks as directed by supervisors.
Engage in data entry and maintain accurate records.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Analyse data to support decision-making processes.
Participate in upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Demonstrate phone etiquette when handling calls, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Collaborate with colleagues on projects, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere.
If multilingual, leverage language skills (especially Spanish or other languages) to assist diverse clientele.

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of data entry processes and attention to detail is preferred.
A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
Familiarity with upselling techniques is a plus, along with a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.

Job Type: Apprenticeship

Pay: £7.55-£15.90 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
