Last food order 9am Sunday to Friday and 10am Saturday. Wages will increase with experience.
Maxies have a opening for a chef Apprenticeship, this is a trainee position and you will be provided with regular training and updates as necessary for the knowledge, technical skills and qualifications that are necessary to perform your job role to comply with the requirements of the organisation and any applicable rules, regulations, SVQ training up to and included level 3 with outside verifier Sarah Boome Dalrymple SD consultancy-training centre ans with any law which applies to your job role. The apprenticeship can take from6 -12 moths plus depending on what level you would like to work to.
Job Summary
Receiving regular training as amend when agreed in a training program, particularly learning the stations responsibilities and operations
-ensuring complaisance top sanitation, hygiene, health and safety and organisation and quality requirements
-help to co-ordinate food preparation
-help to prepare and cook food
-help quality management of food
-help with general cleaning required in the kitchen
-assist generally in the kitchen as directed
-receiving training so that you can assist with maintaining accurate records and accounts as required and reporting as agreed
-set an example for junior kitchen team members of commitment, work ethic and habits and personal character
-responsibly use operate within budgetary controls
-adhere to all organisation policies and procedures

Working hours
Within the business hours which is over a shift pattern including weekends and holidays, 5 days out of 7, hours can vary between10am - 11pm.
