We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic apprentices to join a warm, supportive nursery team. You’ll be trained, mentored, and supported every step of the way as you gain real-world experience in a setting that truly values children’s development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and creative learning environment
- Supporting young children with their daily routines and developmental milestones
- Assisting in planning engaging play-based learning activities
- Building strong, trusting relationships with children and families
- Working alongside experienced nursery staff to deliver high-quality care
What We’re Looking For
- A natural with children – calm, patient, and positive
- A strong communicator who can work with children, parents, and colleagues
- A team player who’s excited to learn and grow
- Someone who’s keen to gain a nationally recognised childcare qualification
- Willing to complete Functional Skills if you haven’t got GCSE Maths and English
