Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities

Supervise kitchen staff and manage daily food production activities.
Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Monitor food preparation processes to ensure consistency and quality in every dish served.
Handle any customer complaints or feedback regarding food quality or service promptly and professionally.

Skills

Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food production, and preparation methods.
Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in a kitchen environment.
Experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation.
